1, 2 3, calendar!

It's so easy for me to get behind giving an accouting of our life.  I look at my calendar and it's creates confusion and dizziness.  Some days seem do-able, others seem too overwelming -- even impossible.  Some of those days I'm tempted to write out my minute to minute play by play just for visual help.
For what it's worth, here's my abbreviated version of the last two weeks:

September 23rd -- Brigham City Dedication
24th -- Minimal Day, Garrett and Cali - Marching band practice, Ladd - work meetings, and FHE
25th -- Garrett and Cali - Marching band practice, Mckenzie - Activity Days, YM/YW - testimony meeting and program around a campfire (Garrett, Cali, Cecilia, and Jarom)
26th -- Garrett - Arthogram and MRI on his shoulder, Cali - sectionals, James' scouts, Garrett, Cali, and Cecilia cleaning out the car, Garrett, Cali, James, Mckenzie, and Ruby's Homecoming parade, Garrett and Cali - Powder Puff football game
27th -- Garrett and Cali - Marcing Band Practice, Garrett - sectionals, Mckenzie and Ruby - Dance, More cleaning out of the car, Garrett and Cali - Homecoming movie night (Avengers)
28th -- Garrett and Cali - football game and pepband, my shopping for Homecoming, Cecilia's shakespeare trip, and weekly grocery trip
29th -- Garrett - Homecoming group breakfast, Garrett and Cali - Marching band competition in Payson, Ladd's catering picnic we almost missed completely, Me - General R.S. Meeting, Garrett's homecoming dance
October 1st -- Cali's 15th birthday, picked up our car after 3 weeks of being without it, Garrett and Cali - Marching Band Practice, Cecilia - dress rehearsal for Shakespeare performance, FHE, Celebrating Cali's birthday!
2nd -- Cali - well-check visit, Cecilia - Shakespeare concert performance (dance and drama), YM/YW
3rd -- James - 1st ballroom practice, Parent meeting for ballroom, Garrett and Cali - Marching Band Practice, Cali - sectionals, Parent Teacher conferences for James, Mckenzie, and Ruby, Watched Avengers as a family
4th -- Cecilia and me - Shakespeare trip mom breakfast, Cecilia left for Cedar City and her shakespeare dance competition, Picture day for Mckenzie, James, Ruby, Lena, and Alyssa, Garrett - follow-up doctor visit for his shoulder (he got a cortizone shot while there), Mckenzie and Ruby - dance, James - pinewood derby
5th -- James' doughnut date, Grocery shopping with Lena and Alyssa in tow, me - endowment session at the temple, Garrett and Cali - Marching Band Practice, Garrett and Cali - last football game for this year (cross my fingers!), rescued Ladd when the car broke down again - towed the car from Bangeter to 21st South in SLC thru rush hour traffic before a BYU game.
6th -- General Conference!!! (delicious day!), Garrett and Cali - Marching Band Competition in Herriman, Mapleton for Priesthood session of General Conference and ice cream afterwards, picked Cecilia up at 2 a.m. from her Shakespeare trip
7th -- MORE GENERAL CONFERENCE!!!, trip to Mapleton again
8th -- Garrett and Cali - Marching Band Practice, FHE

So, only two more days until Fall Break.  We can hardly wait!!!!
